Main Job Duties:
As part of the organisations planned maintenance team you will liaise directly with the organisation customers on a daily basis ensure high levels of communication and delivering market leading levels of customer satisfaction.
Refer tenants to other members of the Housing team who will provide tenants with assistance in areas including; domestic budgeting, maximising income, reducing expenditure, dealing with debt, seeking employment and welfare benefits, helping tenants to appeal against adverse welfare benefits decisions.
Have a full understanding of tenancy obligations and rights and ensure tenants are aware of these.
Ensure that all complaints, incidents of ASB and harassment are dealt with in accordance with Brunelcare's policies and procedures and the appropriate action is taken.
Ensure that Brunelcare meets its obligations to tenants as outlined in the tenancy agreement.
To manage bookings/preparation/payment of on site guest room and communal rooms. Monitor the on site laundry rota and amend accordingly when necessary.
Provide responsive presence and access on sites for contractors, gardeners, fire alarm and emergency services.
Carry out all meter readings as specified on site.
Be present at each formal site meeting, as requested by the Housing Officer, prepare the agenda, prepare the room prior to the meeting, take minutes at the meeting and distribute as required.
