We have an exciting opportunity for a Recruitment Consultant/Administrator to join our busy offices in Barking. We are a growing recruitment agency looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our small but expanding friendly team. You will be working alongside our team of recruitment consultants supplying staff to our clients based all over the UK.
We want an enthusiastic, passionate individual who is keen and willing to learn within our growing office which offers the opportunity for real career advancement and will help us to deliver the best-personalised service to our candidates and clients.
Since established in 2015, we have become a recognized supplier of temporary, contract and interim roles to the public sector, local authorities and Councils all around the UK. We specialise in all sectors including IT, Admin and HR. Within your first week, you will be working alongside our successful consultants and will be provided training to get you familiar with all our systems. Our main offices are based in the centre of Barking, a 2-minute walk from the main tube station with direct links into central London.
As a Recruitment Administrator, your daily duties will include:
- Building long-lasting relationships with both candidates and clients
- Developing advertising campaigns
- Collating information and compliance documents
- Assisting the team as of when required
Key Skills & Requirements Include:
- A minimum of 2 years of administration experience.
- Bachelors degree
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
- Strong communication skills
We welcome any candidates with experience of the following: Data Entry, Compliance, Administration, Copywriting or Recruitment as training will be provided.
On top of the basic pay advertised, we are offering an attractive performance related pay structure.
