A 3 months+ opportunity for an IT 1st Line support has arisen with the local authorities in Portsmouth.
As part of the IT Service Desk team you will be reporting to the Service Desk Manager and will provide our customers with 1st line support over the phone, via email and face to face.
You will deliver exceptional customer service through the effective logging, investigation and resolution of IT incidents, problems and requests. This is a very busy and challenging environment.
Skills and Experience:
- Must have some current IT Service Desk Experience.
- Active Directory / Windows administration.
- Microsoft Office - intermediate/advanced (2016 & O365).
- Windows 10 support.
- Exchange Admin.
- Hardware Support for Desktops and Laptops.
- Mobile Device Management
- IP Telephony
Hours of work are 8am till 5pm, 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
