Housing Renewal Technical Officer

Our client is currently seeking a Housing Renewal Technical Officer who has the below experience to join their organisation on a short term contract which has the possibility of extension,

The duties will be:
· Property inspections, HHSRS assessments, the drafting of schedules of work and the preparation and serving of notices.
· Processing HMO licence applications, investigating complaints and negotiating remedial actions

The above are essential, and if possible the candidate should also have the knowledge and experience to:
· Carry out DFG surveys and site visits, negotiating options and reporting on results.

Prior experience of working in a similar role essential. Working hours are flexible and negotiable and length of contract dependent on rate.
