Our client is seeking a Facilities Helpdesk Support Officer on the initial 3 month contract with the possibility of an extension.

Working Hours-

37 hours per week

Monday - Friday

Pay Rate-

£10.00 p/h

Job Purpose-

To provide the first point of contact for all Assets customers, and to provide administrative support to the teams.

Duties and Responsibilities-

- Be customer friendly, efficient and connected in how you work; make the most of modern technologies, workspaces and ways of working to provide a customer focused and efficient service, and bring forward ideas for service improvement.

- To provide the first point of contact for all Assets customers across all channels during published operating hours, ensuring enquiries are correctly entered onto the Property Asset Management System. Resolving enquiries at first point of contact wherever possible but always adhering to Customer Service standards.

- To undertake the role of Systems Administrator for assigned modules within the Property Asset Management System, to interrogate the system to respond to customer enquiries, and to assist with data entry as necessary.

- To administer processes and workflows, and to provide administrative support to officers in Assets, across a range of activities as required to meet business requirements.

- Manage own workload to a high degree of efficiency and know when to seek guidance and assistance from line manager or when specialist advice is required.

- To carry out any other responsibilities that reasonably fall within the scope of the postholder and to assist with any reasonable duty at the request of the Line Manager.

Skills and Experience-

- Good standard of Secondary education.

- Experience in both an Administration and Finance environment.

- Good working knowledge of Information systems and Microsoft Office applications

- Experience using SAP.

- Experience of the operation of Building Assistant Director Assets

- Experience in both an Administration and Finance environment.

- Good working knowledge of Information systems and Microsoft Office applications

- Experience using SAP.

- Experience of the operation of Building Assistant Director

- Experience of working with databases.
