We have an exciting opportunity for a Busn Supp Band 3 Business/Application Support Officer Band 3 to join our clients offices based in Cambridge on a temporary contract basis for 6 months with the possibility of an extension.

As the Busn Supp Band 3 Business/Application Support Officer Band 3, your main duties will include:

  • Collate and produce reports, including confidential and sensitive information

  • Updating manual and computerised records and databases
  • Collate information for internal and external resources
  • Type to produce letters, reports, forms and other documents, create emails for a wider audience
  • Photocopying/scanning
  • Filing/indexing/archiving
  • Maintain electronic and manual filing systems
  • Sort post and make deliveries
  • Proof reading leaflets, posters and other documents

To be successful for this Busn Supp Band 3 Business/Application Support Officer Band 3 post you will need to have:

  • Ability to work to deadlines

  • Experience in the use of email and internet
  • Experience of arranging meetings and taking accurate minutes
  • Experience of data collection, analysis and interpretation
  • Familiar with office procedures
  • Good standard of English and numeracy (at GCSE A-C or equivalent)
  • MS Excel

  • Ability to think creatively
