Our client is seeking an Administrator on an initial 3 Month contract with the possibility of an extension.

Working Hours and Pay Rate:

Monday - Friday, 09:00 - 17:00. At a pay rate of £8.21 Per Hour PAYE

As the Administrator, your main duties will include:

  • Support management team in achieving timely completion of tasks
  • Accurate reporting
  • Working toward assisting in month-end accounting reports
  • To build strong relationships with all internal and external customers
  • Take ownership of customer requests and queries designated
  • Ensure timely communication to all parties ensuring service delivery
  • Take a full role in Customer Support whilst supporting the internal team
  • Build positive working relations with operational stakeholders
  • Follow agreed processes for all tasks as described
  • Participate in regular reviews of procedures to ensure continuous improvement

As the Administrator, you will need to have:

  • A minimum of 5 GCSE's including Maths and English
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Efficient timekeeping
  • Good organisational skills
  • Plan and prioritise individual workload
  • Commercial Awareness
  • A Customer Service qualification would be desirable
  • Customer service or sales background (business to business)
  • Office experience
  • Build relationships with all departments
